We begin by listening to your business goals and challenges. In an assessment phase that is unique to each workplace and each business situation, we listen, observe, and ask questions.
Working with diverse stakeholders, we build a custom program to address your most pressing business challenges: sales, collaboration, communication across global boundaries, knowledge transfer, compelling presentation delivery.
Our training program gives participants the tools to significantly increase their chances to make a memorable impression on new and existing audiences. We teach participants how to choose the right story at the right time and craft it so that it is compelling and effective. Participants gain the confidence to go “off script” when appropriate in order to convey that their listeners’ needs have been understood and that they are going to be addressed effectively.
Through an interactive process that combines listening exercises, story prompts and guidelines for crafting new stories in the moment, our program delivers a methodology that produces stories you can keep like cards in your back pocket and pull out at the appropriate moment.
