New York City STORY SLAM NIGHT AT BARROW STREET THEATRE

Join Murray Nossel and Paul Browde, the performers of Two Men Talking as they host an evening of storytelling at the Barrow Street Theatre with an open mic for those who have stories to tell!
This event will feature the following storytellers who have all trained in the Narativ storytelling methodology: Carol Barash, Eliana Kwartler, Susan Calhoun Moss and Charlie Moss, Andrew Barrett, Jerome Deroy, Benaifer Bhadha, Tim Connell, Hannah Oberman-Breindel.
We will also have an open mic for those who feel inspired to tell their story, so come with a story ready to go.
And we'll give away tickets to Two Men Talking as well as spots in Narativ storytelling workshops!
No jury, no interpretation, no evaluations, just a set of rules:
1. The story must be true
2. The story must be about something that happened to YOU.
3. The story cannot be more than 7 minutes long
4. The story has to answer the question "What happened?"
5. The story will be told without a script or notes
6. Each storyteller tells a story that has to (or wants to) be told
The $20 entry fee includes a glass of wine or beer.

Narativ seminar leaders and invited experts offer personalized, in depth reflections on your story. You will also both give and receive feedback to others in the group.
