How We Do It
We draw from a wide variety of proprietary techniques derived from the fields of organizational and health psychology, anthropology, theatre and film arts, mind-body medicine and narrative therapy. Narativ’s methodology is unique in that it stresses the reciprocal relationship between storytelling and listening, both clarifying and firmly grounding participants in this relationship.
Working in group settings, as well as one - on - one coaching formats, Narativ provides clients with principles and techniques to create themselves as an optimal listening environment™ for the production of stories that generate peak performance.
In our experience, any team’s success is predicated on clarity of purpose and the participatory process by which the team enacts this purpose as a compelling mission and vision. Purpose – which activates the mission and vision – is most powerfully accessed when it is constructed as a story. We work with individuals to access their purpose through crafting and sharing their experiences as stories, which effectively communicate who they are and what they do, and where they are going, while deepening relationships and connections with others.
